With some technology you can watch a tutorial, follow the steps, and get a predictable result. Generative AI doesn't work that way. There's no single correct way to use it, and what’s transformative for one person is useless for someone else.

A course with broad appeal isn't enough anymore. People need a learning environment that’s thoughtfully designed to meet them where they are. They need permission to experiment, examples that look like their own work, coaching when they get stuck, and a group of people figuring it out alongside them. Confidence is built, not delivered.
